ROSH is a London-based luxury rug brand founded by interior designer Roshu Shrestha, with a vision to bridge heritage and modern design. Born in Nepal and raised in London, Roshu’s journey is shaped by the fusion of two worlds. Her work is deeply inspired by her cultural roots and creative passions, offering a fresh perspective that blends timeless tradition with contemporary aesthetics.
After years in the interior design industry, Roshu recognised a quiet absence: despite Nepal’s legacy of producing exceptional hand- knotted rugs, Nepali designers remained unseen on the global stage. ROSH was created to change that.
Every ROSH rug is a statement of craftsmanship and culture. Handwoven by master artisans in Nepal using age-old techniques and the finest sustainable materials, each piece is rich in detail, built to last, and fully customizable to reflect personal style. Designed to complement any space, every rug is a future heirloom — a collaborative expression of heritage and innovation.
But ROSH goes beyond enhancing interiors. ROSH embraces a new narrative — one that challenges industry norms by elevating diverse voices, preserving traditional craft, and celebrating authentic storytelling. When you choose ROSH, you invest in timeless design and become part of a new era rooted in heritage, intention, and craftsmanship.

History
Our rugs are hand-knotted in Nepal by master artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Renowned for their exceptional quality and endurance, Nepalese rugs carry a legacy of craftsmanship that began in the 1950s, when Tibetan refugees brought their intricate weaving traditions to Nepal. Embraced by local communities, these skills have since evolved into a revered art form—one that continues to reflect cultural pride, preserve heritage, and sustain livelihoods today.
Materials
Our rugs are made using the finest Himalayan wool and bamboo silk — natural, sustainable fibres chosen for their softness, resilience, and quiet elegance.
Ethics
We partner exclusively with ethical workshops that honour our artisans, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and deep respect for the craft. By keeping this tradition alive, we’re not only preserving a cultural legacy — we’re helping build better futures for the families behind each rug. In a generation where traditional craft is at risk of being forgotten, we believe in showing its worth — in pushing creative boundaries and proving that heritage and innovation can exist side by side.
Lead time
Each rug is made to order, with a 16-18 week lead time, reflecting the slow, intentional process that brings rich texture, lasting durability, and timeless beauty to every piece.
